I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a beautifully decorated room that had a warm and inviting atmosphere. Yvonne, the host, was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring everything was comfortable and accessible for me as a senior traveler.

the stay was alright, yvonne was super friendly and welcoming, the pub had a great vibe and was a nice place to chill. the room was clean and comfy with enough space. loved the location too, close to family and stuff we needed.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed the local walks around Royd Moor Reservoir and also checked out the live music at the Paramount. The staff were friendly, and the location is super handy for exploring. Just be aware, the pub doesn’t serve food in the evenings.

When we first arrived, it was disappointing that there wasn't hot water for showers, and we weren’t offered a cancellation. It did put a damper on our stay.

The views from the hotel room were quite nice bringing some natural light that brightened the stay the friendly staff offered assistance when needed making the experience a bit better despite the flaws.

The entrance was not inviting as it was near the bins.
